For Naana, the story began in Ghana — surrounded by community, resilience, and the belief that education and leadership could transform lives. Those early experiences planted a seed that would shape her journey across continents.
A Journey Across Continents
Naana’s path led her from Ghana to the United States, where she pursued higher education while building a life in a new country.
Through perseverance and faith, she earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (University of Maryland Global Campus) and a Master of Science in Project Management (Manchester Metropolitan University, UK).
Leadership In Healthcare
Today, Naana serves as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the United States, leading healthcare teams responsible for the care of vulnerable populations.
This work taught her that leadership is not about authority — it is about responsibility, accountability, and impact. Ethical leadership, service excellence, team collaboration, and compassionate care became the principles guiding everything that followed.
Turning Experience Into Purpose
Across organizations, communities, and youth, Naana saw a recurring gap: incredible potential without the guidance, training, or opportunity to develop it.
That realization sparked the vision for Innspire Academy Solutions — a movement to develop leaders, empower individuals, and create innovative solutions that transform communities.
A Passion For Social Impact
Her work is deeply rooted in giving back, particularly to underserved communities in Africa — through leadership development, education, mentorship, disability inclusion, and entrepreneurship.
Through AbleConnect Ghana, she is using technology and community partnerships to expand opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Naana believes stories inspire transformation. Through Innspire With A Story and her forthcoming memoir, Still Being Written: How Faith Turned My Pain Into Purpose, she shares journeys of resilience and growth — proving every chapter can become a source of strength.
